The Born 2 Ride Tour is ready to take to the west coast of the United States and bring chaos to every venue it hits. The two bands featured on this tour are acts that no fan of hard rock or metal music should miss out on. If you read my last installment of this preview, you’ve already heard what Soil vocalist Ryan McCombs had to say about the upcoming tour, now it’s time to focus on the other band that will be on the road with them, rasta metal act (hed) p.e.

(hed) p.e. are set to release their first new album in four years this summer and are more excited than ever to get this music in the ears of fans all over the world.  These guys have been making a name for themselves with a unique sound for 20 years now. Being able to keep a career in the music business for that long is no easy feat. Most of their lyrics have been known to touch base with political aspects of the world and that is one of the many things that sets them apart from the cookie cutter music you hear all over the radio about partying or a bad relationship. Another part of their music that makes this band stand out of the crowd is their wide range of styles they incorporate into their songs, from metal, punk, reggae and hip-hop. This outfit can do it all. Check out what vocalist Jahred had to say about the new album, tour with Soil and how he feels about today’s political world in this interview.

Now that you’ve heard from members of both bands, why haven’t you purchased your tickets yet? This is going to be one of the best tours of the Summer and both bands are sure to put on a show that will not disappoint. With Soil taking to the road to continue promoting their latest release Whole and (hed) p.e. going out to support Evolution, which is set to release in July, fans will get their ears filled with some of the best new music in the mainstream metal world.
